There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 370(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 370(L&C) was read the third time. Representative Josephson moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Josephson was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 370(L&C) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 370(L&C) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 32 NAYS: 7 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Chenault, Costello, Edgmon, Feige, Foster, Gattis, Gruenberg, Hawker, Herron, Higgins, Holmes, Hughes, Isaacson, Johnson, Kawasaki, Keller, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeDoux, Lynn, Millett, Munoz, Nageak, Olson, Pruitt, Reinbold, Saddler, Seaton, Stoltze, Thompson, P.Wilson, T.Wilson Nays: Drummond, Gara, Guttenberg, Josephson, Kito III, Tarr, Tuck Excused: Neuman Gara changed from "Yea" to "Nay". And so, CSHB 370(L&C) passed the House. 2014-04-16 House Journal Page 2510 Representative Olson later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 370(L&C), and reconsideration was taken up then.
